Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Idle Runner mobile application ("the Game") and the Idle Runner web store ("the Store"), operated by Idle Runner ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Game or the Store, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Purchases in the Store require you to be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Account & User ID

Your in-game User ID identifies your account. You are responsible for keeping your User ID secure. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Virtual Currency & Purchases

• The Store sells packs of Diamonds, a virtual currency used within the Game.
• Diamonds have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify Diamond pricing, availability, and the items or benefits obtainable with Diamonds at any time.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Engaging in fraud or using stolen payment methods.
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account or virtual items to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including graphics, sounds, code, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game and Store are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game or Store, including loss of data or virtual items.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or Store at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game is revoked, and any virtual currency or items may be forfeited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game or Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
